Due to continued growth and expansion in our business model, we have an immediate opportunity for an entry-level Staff Accountant at our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX. We are looking for individuals who are committed to our team success.
Responsibilities- Produce general ledger journal entries
- Perform the month‑end accounting close
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Review financial statements
- Daily entry of key financial transactions
- Maintain detailed accounting records, including accruals and prepaids
+7 years of accounting experience. Degree not required, but would be a plus. The prime candidate will enjoy working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment, showing strong attention to detail and enjoying learning and being a team player. We look for people who can communicate professionally and effectively in person, over the phone and via e‑mail. Good PC skills are required and Great Plains software experience is not required, but would be a plus.
