We are seeking a proactive AR Specialist. An exciting contract opportunity in North Austin, TX. This fully on-site role was created to support a growing accounts receivable team and offers the chance to make an immediate impact by managing high-volume billing and collections processes.
As the AR Specialist, you’ll manage daily invoicing, post payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
The ideal candidate will bring experience with larger ERP systems, proven ability in accounts receivable processes, and the capacity to manage high-volume transactions efficiently. Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP software is preferred, and a detail-oriented, organized mindset is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
