Job Description
Currently seeking experienced Tax accountant and Bookkeeper to join Southwest Business Consultants, Inc. for Federal and State tax compliance work including tax preparation, and bookkeeping with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience. Our office provides multiple services including consulting on Federal & State taxes, insurance, investments, real estate, financial planning and other related matters.
Job Type: Federal and State Tax Accountant / Bookkeeper Full-time / Part-time
Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 + per hour commensurate with experience and skill level

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting
License/Certifications
Quick Books certified or proficient
Responsibilities & Skills
- Start to finish tax prep for basic C-Corp, S-Corp, partnerships, trusts and individual returns
- Strong computer and time management skills with proficiency using tax preparation software (Lacerte preferred though not necessary), Adobe, Excel and Quick Books
- Good communication skills
- Full Charge Bookkeeper
