Staff Accountant; On-Site

What Youll Learn & Do Youll gain experience across a broad range of accounting functions, including:
Preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close Processing accounts payable and receivable, including payments, aging, and reconciliations Monitoring daily bank activity and supporting cash management and reporting Assisting with audits, lender reporting, and compliance documentation Recording payroll and benefits entries and reconciling related accounts Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting This job description is intended to describe the general nature of the role and is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities.

Independently manage assigned reconciliations Confidently support month-end close activities Develop a strong understanding of LeasePoints systems and processes Within 612 months:
Own key accounting processes with minimal supervision Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies Take on expanded responsibility as the company grows What Youll Need Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 13 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)

Experience with full accounting cycle (month-end close, etc.)Foundational knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Strong Excel skills and comfort learning accounting systems
