• Dialogue over engagement efficiencies and client specific risks
• Develop audit approach used by engagement teams
• Instruct and oversee fellow A&A staff throughout engagements
• Broaden technical knowledge through review of complex client transactions
• Prepare or review financial statements
• Complete general audit procedures (e.g., coordination of audit closing communications, drafting client correspondence, resolving open items)
• Research technical issues using online tools
• Perform other duties as needed on engagements and as assigned by supervisory personnel

• 2+ years’ experience in public accounting
• Experience using Engagement (software) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Master’s preferred
• CPA certified or eligible to work toward obtaining a CPA license
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi‑task)

The salary range for this position is 84,800 – 110,200. Individual salaries within this range are determined by factors such as role, function, responsibilities, candidate’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
