Accounts Payable Specialist

Tarvos Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity in Austin, TX. This hybrid role was created to support a growing finance team and offers the chance to make meaningful contributions while ensuring smooth and accurate vendor payment processes.

As the AP Specialist, you’ll manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review and coding, processing payments, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies. You’ll collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of accounts payable experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and proficiency with accounting or ERP systems. Accuracy, efficiency, and a proactive approach are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
