The Senior Accountant will play a key role in strengthening and evolving core accounting operations
. The Accounting team owns the end‑to‑end financial reporting process - ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information for leadership decision‑making. In this role, you will lead general ledger activities, manage close processes, and support the build‑out of enhanced systems and procedures. With rapid organizational growth, this is a unique opportunity to shape foundational processes, partner across the business, and gain strong visibility to leadership.
- Lead and streamline month-end and year-end close, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are continually optimized.
- Oversee critical general ledger functions (cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany, debt, expenses) with accuracy and U.S. GAAP compliance.
- Ensure proper general ledger coding and accounting treatment.
- Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Produce timely, accurate financial statements for U.S. GAAP and internal reporting.
- Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical accounting guidance.
- Partner closely with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams.
- Contribute to special projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
- 5-7 years of technical accounting experience with strong US GAAP knowledge
- Experience in public/private accounting, ideally within manufacturing or operational environments
- Multi‑entity and intercompany accounting experience
- Hands-on, comfortable operating in ambiguity and skilled at building processes
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and an excellent communicator
- Shape and implement SOPs for a scaling manufacturing organization

- Salary: 80,000–115,000
