Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Austin, TX

Pay: $35–$40/hour

Experience: 3 to 5 years of corporate or full-cycle accounting experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Greene Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payments.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and cash-related entries.
• Partner with the Accounting Manager on close processes and special projects.
• Maintain corporate card and employee reimbursement processes.
• Assist with financial reporting in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Support audits, process improvements, and cross-functional accounting initiatives.

• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Experience using accounting enterprise resource planning systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
