Senior Accountant

Soni's growing client is seeking to add a Senior Accountant to their team to support core accounting operations by managing financial records, coordinating with external accounting partners, and assisting leadership with reporting and planning.

• Serve as the main contact for outsourced accounting support.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial data.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage month end and year end close processes.
• Identify and elevate irregularities in financial reports.
• Recommend process or system improvements.
• Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; in pursuit or interested in pursuing CPA.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a regulated or service based industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Skilled in accounting software and Excel.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Detail oriented with clear communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently.

$85,000 - $95,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
