In this position, you’ll work closely with finance leadership to help shape revenue recognition processes, refine reporting, and ensure compliance as the company scales.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of contract summaries, ensuring all relevant financial data is accurately recorded and updated.
- Apply ASC 606 to customer contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Maintain deferred revenue schedules, ensuring all revenue is accurately accounted for and reported.
- Prepare price volume analysis and fluctuation analysis by asset, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Ensure the efficient operation of our Net Suite system, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to develop and implement strategies to optimize financial operations.
- Perform various other accounting duties as required, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a strong attention to detail.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or CPA tracking.
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-3 years in public accounting or focused on revenue accounting.
- Prior experience in the energy industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Net Suite or similar accounting software is required.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and its application to customer contracts.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prepare complex financial analyses and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- A high degree of professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
