• Own all day‑to‑day bookkeeping (Quick Books is your jam)
• Reconcile bank & credit card statements like a boss
• Manage A/P and A/R
• Keep our financial records squeaky clean
• Support month‑end close and financial reporting
• Help us improve systems and scale with confidence

• Have less than 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Aren’t confident in Quick Books
• Struggle with accuracy or attention to detail
• Can’t keep up in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment
• Don’t love numbers

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or financial admin experience
• Strong experience with Quick Books
• Impeccable attention to detail
• High integrity + discretion with confidential info
• Great communication and time management
• Ability to work independently (but also be a team player)

• Experience with Rippling or payroll prep
• Familiarity with financial forecasting
• Experience in online/service‑based businesses
• A systems‑builder mindset
• A love for learning and process improvement

The Pay: $50,000–$70,000/year (depending on experience)
