Client Billing & Support Specialist

Our client based here in South Austin, TX is looking for a detail-oriented Client Billing & Support Analyst to join their team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, timely communication, and exceptional client support. The right candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment where accuracy, problem-solving, and client service make a direct impact.

• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date billing system
• Submit invoices and supporting documentation via client portals, email, or mail
• Act as a liaison between area managers, clients, third-party platforms, and the accounting team
• Monitor invoice aging reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues with professionalism and urgency
• Provide timely updates to both clients and internal teams
• Support profitability analysis by reviewing job costs (labor is the largest expense) and building P&L reports for each portfolio
• Assist senior management with reporting as they request deeper insights into profitability and trends

• At least 2+ years of AR/billing experience in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong Excel skills (required) - there will be an Excel assessment
• Experience with client billing portals and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
• BI/SAP experience (a plus, not required)
• Confident communicator with the ability to interact with VPs, managers, and clients
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Up to $30/hr depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus eligibility
