The OpportunityWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team in Austin. If you enjoy working with numbers, thrive in a structured environment, and want to grow your accounting skills with a respected local firm, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do- Process tenant rent payments, deposits, and other receivables.
- Post cash receipts and reconcile accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly statements and assist with collections as needed.
- Support month-end close, reporting, and audits.
- Maintain accurate AR records in Yardi and Quick Books.
- Assist with special projects and ensure compliance with company policies.
- 2–3 years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable, positive, and able to thrive in an onsite, in-office environment.
- Competitive salary: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (equivalent to $45,760 – $54,080 per year)
