Sales Attendant

Overview

Austin Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Pro Shop Sales Associate to join our Golf Operations team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and guests while supporting daily retail operations in the golf shop.

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Process merchandise and golf fee transactions accurately through POS system
• Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and restocking
• Answer phones and schedule tee times as needed
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations on apparel, equipment, and accessories
• Assist with tournament operations and event preparation
• Ensure the golf shop remains clean, organized, and well-presented

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Basic golf knowledge preferred but not required
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Competitive hourly wage - $12.00-$15.00 per hour.
