Outside Service Attendant

Austin Country Club is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Outside Services Attendant to join our Golf Operations team. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for members and guests by assisting with golf bag handling, cart operations, practice facility setup, and overall outside service support.

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags
• Clean, stage, and store golf carts
• Set up and maintain the driving range and practice facilities
• Ensure bag drop, cart barn, and practice areas remain clean and organized
• Assist with club storage and bag room organization
• Provide general support to the Golf Professional Staff
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
• Follow all club safety and operational procedures

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Golf knowledge preferred but not required
• Competitive hourly wage
• Golf privileges (based on club policy)
• Uniforms provided

Opportunities for growth within the Golf Operations team. Days, nights, and weekends. Starting wage $11.41 per hour - $12.00 per hour plus tips. Must be 16 years of age.
