School Link Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Join our mission-driven team at Fernbrook Family Center and build your clinical career as a School Link Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
Current openings at Grand Meadows schools. Clinical Trainees provide diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and skills-based services to children, adults, and families while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This role offers meaningful client work, strong clinical supervision, and hands‑on experience toward licensure.
Sign on bonus included.
What You’ll Do- Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills‑based therapy.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility.
- Meet productivity and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners.
- Participate in individual and group clinical supervision.
- Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Master’s degree (or current graduate student in field placement) working toward LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and commitment to learning.
- Ability to manage time independently and work collaboratively.
- Openness to feedback and clinical growth.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Supportive, inclusive workplace that values lived experience.
- Flexible scheduling (generally between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.).
- High‑quality supervision to support licensure.

- Salaried: 40–43 hours/week | Hourly: up to 40 hours/week.
- Regular travel to client homes, community settings, and Fernbrook offices.
