Current openings at Grand Meadows schools. Clinical Trainees provide diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and skills-based services to children, adults, and families while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This role offers meaningful client work, strong clinical supervision, and hands‑on experience toward licensure.

Sign on bonus included.

• Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills‑based therapy.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility.
• Meet productivity and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners.
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development.

• Master’s degree (or current graduate student in field placement) working toward LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Strong ethics, professionalism, and commitment to learning.
• Ability to manage time independently and work collaboratively.
• Openness to feedback and clinical growth.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

• Flexible scheduling (generally between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.).

• Salaried: 40–43 hours/week | Hourly: up to 40 hours/week.
