Job DescriptionIn this role you will coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. Your key priorities include supervising and training mental‑health specialists, ensuring all program aspects are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest standard.
Work Environment and Office HoursFull‑time organizational position (may be part‑time within any given home). The MHPD’s schedule must be flexible to accommodate program, individual and staff needs and may include on‑call duties. Direct‑service shifts are typically limited to no more than 16 hours per week unless a supervisor is notified in advance.
Starting salary: $65,000.00 – $66,787.50 annually (range based on experience and qualifications).
Qualifications- 3 years of experience supervising programs that provide services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs.
- Four‑year degree in behavioral science or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.
- Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
