RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead & Innovate:
Develop and lead the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives.

* Lead & Innovate Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and lead the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives.

* Sourcing Expert:
Own a specific category within the One Procurement Organization to deliver results.

* Be a Digital Champion:
Own and define the digital strategy, including Coupa CSO e-Sourcing Platform, AI and data analytics. Provide technical expertise to the One Procurement team.

* Unlock Value Through Data:
Use analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, optimize procurement performance, and uncover savings critical to the business.

* Collaborate & Influence:
Partner with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and adoption of e-Sourcing best practices.

* Drive Process Excellence:
Continuously improve procurement processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

* Educate & Empower:
Deliver strategic training on eAuction theory and "go-to-market" best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

* Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (Master's or certifications like CSCP/CPSM preferred).

* Experience:

5+ years in procurement, ideally within Food & Beverage, CPG, or Manufacturing.

* Skills:

* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

* Strong Excel skills

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Proficiency in Coupa or similar RFx sourcing software (Oracle a plus)

* Excellent Sourcing skills with a proven track record

* Mindset:
Adaptable, curious, and ready to challenge the status quo.

* Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
