Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. is seeking a certified Lattice Boom Crawler and Mobile Hydraulic Crane Operator. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with comprehensive benefits, and a Candidate Sign‑On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Safely operate a Lattice Boom Crawler and/or Mobile Hydraulic Crane.
• Read lift plans, load charts, and operate a personal computer.
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and regulations.
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Active certification from an accredited crane operator testing organization that meets OSHA criteria.
• CDL with an acceptable driving record is highly desirable.
• Experience with rigging is preferred.
• Experience in crane set‑up and tear‑down.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
• Capability to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity.

Licenses & Certifications

• National Construction Crane Certificate.
• National Crane Operator Certificate.
