Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC/R systems, including ductwork installation. This role requires a detail-oriented, dependable individual who can work both independently and collaboratively to ensure efficient and accurate system installations.
Key Responsibilities- Install HVAC systems and ductwork according to project specifications and local building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and system upgrades efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on job sites.
- Proven experience in HVAC system installation.
- Strong mechanical skills with proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including refrigerant handling and system diagnostics.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings: commercial and industrial.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
