In this role, you will be working as a Quality Manager for a company that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for leading the company’s quality department related to shot peening and non-destructive testing, ensuring continued compliance with industry standards such as AS9100.
This role is fully on-site and will be part of the leadership team, responsible for internal audits, employee training, documentation control, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
This is a direct-hire role with long-term needs for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay: $95,000 - $110,000/ Yr.
Qualifications:- Minimum 8years of quality control experience within a manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100
- Experience leading internal audits and managing non-conformances
- Familiarity with aerospace standards, NADCAPaudits, and customer quality requirements
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
