Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
- Deliver evidence-based clinical care aligned with best practices.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery.
- Practice in accordance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and shared governance initiatives.
- Support continuity of care across the inpatient care continuum.
- Complete all required competencies, education, and unit-based training.

Skills:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) - BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Ability to deliver safe, patient-centered inpatient care
- Experience working in a fast-paced Med Surg/Surgical unit
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Proficiency with EMR/clinical documentation systems
- Commitment to patient advocacy and service excellence
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
- Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
- Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct.
