Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered perioperative nursing care using the nursing process
• Practice evidence-based clinical care and sound analytical judgment
• Coordinate care through effective interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Partner with patients and families through education and communication
• Practice in accordance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and organizational policies
• Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and quality initiatives
• Support continuity of care across the perioperative continuum
• Complete all required competencies, education, and unit-based training
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor as needed

• Key Skills :
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced Operating Room environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Strong patient advocacy and service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with clinical technology and documentation systems
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
