• Strategic Oversight:
  Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Team Leadership:
  Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining readiness for inspections and audits.

  Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

• Licensure:
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia (required).
• Minimum of 1-2 years nursing leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations, OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
