Job Summary
As a RN Clinical Nurse you will be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers providing individualized high quality, safe patient care. You will practice in a clinical environment supported by the Wellstar Shared Governance Model and the Wellstar Professional Practice Model.
Work ShiftDay shift – Monday to Friday, 06:45 to 15:15 (United States of America).
RecruitmentCall Required.
Core Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process using evidence‑based practice, ensuring individualized care.
- Provide patient‑centered, relationship‑based care with cultural sensitivity.
- Partner with patients and families using bedside shift report, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient teaching.
- Coordinate safe quality patient care documentation and promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
- Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and evidence‑based practice initiatives.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor, modeling professional practice and supporting workforce development.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school
