Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair on buildings and mechanical equipment;
Repair and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment including pumps, gears, piping, and electrical systems;
Troubleshoot electrical systems such as overhead cranes and RTA's;
Backwash filter systems and clean foot valves and filtration systems;
General building maintenance including painting, concrete repairs, replacing light bulbs, and housekeeping duties
