The Maintenance Director plays a key role in keeping our building running smoothly and safely. This hands‑on leadership position oversees day‑to‑day maintenance operations, preventative care, repairs, and inspections across the facility. You’ll guide the maintenance team with a steady hand and a positive attitude, making sure our residents and staff enjoy a clean, well‑maintained home every day.

• Experience as a maintenance leader in a healthcare or similar environment
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC units, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and general building systems
• A reliable, team‑focused leader who takes pride in high‑quality work

• Lead and support the maintenance staff to ensure timely, reliable work
• Perform daily facility inspections and respond to needs promptly
• Oversee mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, water heaters, and kitchen equipment
• Complete or supervise repairs in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, painting, drywall, roofing, and more
• Maintain organized storage and mechanical rooms
• Ensure proper care and safe use of tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Manage maintenance budgets effectively
