The INCLIVA Foundation is a Health Research Institute accredited by the Carlos III Health Institute and as such an agent of the National Science and Technology System.
It is part of the public sector of the Generalitat Valenciana, has private legal personality and is governed by private law and its specific legislation, without prejudice to the rules of public law that apply to it.

That is why a position is being opened for a Research Technician (T3) Level 1.17T (Business Development), for the project: “Creation of the Valencian Health Data Ecosystem Integrating the Health Departments of Clínico-Malvarrosa, Gandía, and Sagunto (INTEGRA-DPs)”, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan — Funded by the European Union — Next Generation EU. Job responsibilities:

The Integra DPs project aims to create a secure and efficient data exchange space within the health ecosystem, identifying the barriers that hinder real and effective data sharing. It also seeks to implement the legal and regulatory framework governing the ecosystem, to scale up existing infrastructure and environments, and to model and validate the use case for its application in Primary Care.

The selected candidate will work on the creation of the data exchange ecosystem and will support INCLIVA Foundation units or internal team members in:

• Engaging and involving entities in the creation of the ecosystem.
• Developing and testing the business model and the data-based exchange ecosystem.
• Participating in networking events and promoting the Integra Data Space.
• Taking part in collaborative activities with other European Union initiatives (SIMPL Initiative, IPCEI-CIS, etc.).
• Generating and identifying new business opportunities that promote and support the sustainability of the model.

1.1 PhD and/or Official Master’s Degree (of at least 60 ECTS credits or the equivalent in hours), related to the duties of the position.
Scoring: PhD — 15 points;
Official Master’s Degree — 10 points.
Only one qualification will be evaluated.

1.2 Training courses completed related to the performance of the duties of the position applied for. The scoring will be as follows:

• Courses of 100 or more hours: 5 points per course
• Courses of 75 or more hours: 3 points per course
• Courses of 50 or more hours: 2 points per course
• Courses of 25 or more hours: 1 point per course
• Courses of 15 or more hours: 0.5 points per course
• Courses of less than 15 hours: 0.25 points per course

Only courses related to Marketing, Commercial Management, Communication, Strategy, Negotiation, Leadership, Business Development, or Commerce will be evaluated.

-Merits related to professional experience and skills related to the job offer

3.1 Professional experience in business development in the field of health and biomedical research/R&D&I, preferably related to health technologies.
(7.5 points per year of experience, up to a maximum of 30 points. Periods of less than one year will be prorated by full months.)

3.2 Professional experience in business consulting and client management
, preferably in the health sector.
