Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation

As a Senior Consultant at Valent Partners, you will play a critical role in the design, execution, and delivery of solutions for our clients’ toughest business challenges. On a typical day, you will contribute to complex multi-threaded projects, streamline client business processes and technology environments, develop go-to-market strategies, or execute change management initiatives. You will work alongside clients and interface with executive stakeholders under the guidance of Valent account leads to plan and execute successful client engagements.

Internally, you will collaborate with other Valent leaders to contribute to business development and operational activities to build the Valent Partners firm.

• Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
• Minimum of two years of experience in program leadership, technology consulting, systems integration, or related role
• Experience with technology implementation projects (e.g., digital transformation, process reengineering, ERP systems, cloud migration, AI and automation)
• Knowledge of change management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and project management tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes
• Previous consulting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks to meet diverse client needs
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

• Work in small project teams (typically 2-8 people) alongside clients to solve their toughest challenges
• Apply mature Agile development principles to deliver high-quality value to clients faster
• Collaborate directly with clients and team members, in person when possible and virtually if necessary
• Staff team members on a variety of projects across different industries and technology platforms to gain breadth of experience
