Position: Admissions VIP Tour Guide - $12.00/hr.

* Flexible scheduling Responsibilities:
* Communicate with guests before their visit to get a feel of what they are wanting from their experience
* Meet and greet guests as they arrive
* Escort VIP guests throughout the park during the duration of the tour
* Meet and exceed the expectations of our VIP guests
* Anticipate guest needs
* Know what rides, shows, and food stands are closed for the day
* Provide exit access to VIP guests during the tour
* Schedule reservations for restaurants and attractions if applicable
* Provide guest with meals and snacks of their choosing
* Accommodate requests of the guest
* Other duties as assigned. Pay Rate: $12.00/hr qualifications:
* Be at least 18 years of age.
* Have a valid Georgia Driver's License and clean driving record.
* Communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
* Be available to work flexible hours at nights, overnights, and on weekends.
* Must possess above-average communication skills.
* Must react well in stressful and emergency situations.
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Safety conscious.
* Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
* Willing to actively engage guests.
* Excellent organizational skills and leadership capability
* Extensive knowledge of the park and all venues
* Commitment to providing World Class Service to everyone who visits the park
* Strong sense of initiative
* Must have good customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

* Continued sitting, standing, and bending; frequent kneeling.
* Eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech. Manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.
* Stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day; walk over 3 miles per day over various surfaces.
* Lift and carry 25 lbs. over 25 feet over various surfaces; lift and lower 5 lbs. above shoulder level.
* Must be able to climb a stepladder up to 6 feet in height.
