What You’ll Do:

Assess & Plan: Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.
🔹 Deliver Exceptional Care: Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications.
🔹 Educate & Empower: Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success.
🔹 Document & Adapt: Maintain accurate records and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
🔹 Lead with Compassion: Foster a positive, encouraging, and collaborative rehabilitation environment.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
📌 Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
Licenses &
Certifications:
📌 Physical Therapist license required.
📌 Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
Experience:
📌 Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.
