Holiday Call Required‑Weekends Included when on Call

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment.

• Builds a culture of trust and engagement as reflected in the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey at a direct report, workgroup and hospital/entity level.
• Holds leaders accountable for behaviors that create trust and engagement.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that reflects the values of Well Star.
• Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians and assures their involvement in developing systems to assure the growth of the service and the cost-effective delivery of quality patient care in a manner that fosters patient and employee satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all Well Star Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing required.

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN – Multi‑state Compact
• Basic Life Support or BLS – Instructor
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS – Instructor or ACLS – Provisional

1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience preferred.

The individual must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude (see Well Star's "Standards of Gold" and "Values").
