We’re growing fast and looking for a high-energy, ambitious Physical Therapist ready to step into a true player-coach leadership role in an outpatient orthopedic sports medicine setting.

This is an opportunity for someone who believes in personal growth, professional development, and building strong teams while still staying hands-on clinically.

You’ll treat patients while leading and mentoring Physical Therapists, PT Techs, and Front Desk staff in a high-volume clinic seeing up to 1,000 patients per month

We intentionally develop leaders. Clinical Directors here are groomed for Regional leadership roles
, and with plans to open 10+ orthopedic sports medicine clinics across Atlanta and Georgia in the next 12–18 months
, there is real runway for advancement.

Our Executive Director is a well-known leader in the Atlanta PT community, with experience owning practices and working directly with Arthur Blank and the Atlanta Falcons for nearly a decade.
