We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you enjoy helping others and are looking for a long-term career in a family-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• Prior experience scheduling HVAC or Plumbing service calls a plus
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems
• Experience with Service Titan software is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions and service needs
• Make outbound calls to schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Prioritize and schedule calls based on urgency and technician availability
• Update and maintain accurate customer and job information in company software
• Sell preventative maintenance agreements over the phone
• Provide exceptional service to every customer interaction
