Permit Specialist (Pole Permitting)
Cherry Hill, NJ (100% Onsite) - $35-$38/HR - 5+ Months
SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized Construction Specialist with pole permitting experience to manage and track permit applications for new builds and system maintenance. You'll work with municipalities and utility providers, ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
Responsibilities- Manage 100-200 permit applications, ensuring all steps are followed.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Use Excel, Smartsheet, and P2 for tracking and reporting.
- Handle Franchise, ROW, and BPU agreements.
- Occasionally visit field locations for permit verification or payments.
- Experience with pole, township, state, and county permits.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects.
- GIS or utility provider experience a plus (not required).
8 AM - 4:30 PM shift, flexible hours, 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
