As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll help manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring timely, accurate payments.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing 300+ invoices per day with precision and efficiency

• Handling full-cycle accounts payable: coding, batching, matching, and posting invoices

• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies

• Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to clarify and resolve billing issues

• Assisting with month-end close processes and audit preparation

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will have:

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
