• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work with little instruction
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks or similar software
• A strong understanding of the accounting workflow
• 2+ years experience or degree in accounting
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication skills
• Desire to succeed and be dependable

• Process Purchase orders & vendor invoices
• Process Customer Payments
• Collect past due balances
• Process invoices
• Work closely with accounting manager to cross train in other accounting areas
• Updating and adding data into software as received
• Other accounting duties as needed
