Perform any combination of the following tasks involved in material transportation, gear chamfering and rounding of rigs using several unique methods.

• Operate bridge crane, necessary computer programs, specialized hand tools
• Operate measuring equipment
• Read and understand blueprints, work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Comprehension of materials and features critical to quality for slewing bearings and forgings
• Perform rounding through hydraulic, mechanical methods or heating via induction or oxygen and acetylene
• Chamfer gears by automated equipment or manually
• Keep inventory count of materials used
• Maintain equipment and tools to proper working order
• Perform 6S responsibilities in work area
• Perform safety audits

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous machining experience
• Blueprint and GD&T knowledge

This position requires access to export controlled technical data or technology. Employment is contingent upon thyssenkrupp's ability to obtain any required export authorization from the appropriate government agency or agencies.
