Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Shipping/Receiving Clerk – Aurora, OH

We are currently seeking candidates with shipping and receiving experience for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk position at a manufacturing company in Aurora, OH.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing all outgoing and incoming shipments, as well as supporting administrative functions related to inventory and material handling.

1st Shift | 9:00am – 5:30pm | Monday–Friday

$19.00–$20.00/hr based on experience

• Package and ship all outgoing products per company and customer requirements, ensuring proper handling throughout the process
• Prepare shipping materials for daily use
• Pack and bag materials on a high-volume and repetitive basis
• Properly receive all incoming shipments, distributing them to departments as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use hand tools and apply labels
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of electrical products is a plus
• Neat, organized, and efficient with strong attention to detail
• Requires frequent moving of materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and standing for 6–7 hours a day
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
