We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our skilled nursing facility team.

Position SummaryThe Registered Dietitian is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing nutritional care services for residents in our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures that residents' dietary needs are met in accordance with physician orders, regulatory standards, and individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian- Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families
- Participate in care conferences as needed
- Oversee therapeutic diets and special dietary needs

Qualifications Required for the Registered Dietitian- Licensed in the State of Ohio
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care required
