• Support the implementation of age‑appropriate lesson plans while covering breaks and planning time in various classrooms
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of all students
• Collaborate with team members to create a dynamic learning environment
• Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Must meet state criteria for childcare employment
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood development and education

CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
