Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker for a first shift opportunity (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). The role involves baling materials, transporting them using a pallet jack or forklift, and loading them onto trucks. Additionally, the candidate will assist in production tasks as an assistant warehouse associate, which includes loading and unloading products and lifting items weighing 40–50 lbs. The candidate will also support the lead in preparing shipments and receiving inbound products.

• Bale materials and transport using a pallet jack or forklift.

• Experience in production operations and material handling.
• Proficiency in using a pallet jack and baler.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to follow instructions effectively.
• At least 3 months of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to be a team player.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
