Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members  financial, physical, and mental well-being. The Role:

The Spa Manager is both an orchestrator and a visionary, guiding the daily operations of Drift Spa, Drift Drybar, and nail studio while keeping the larger brand mission in focus. This role balances business strategy with hands-on leadership — inspiring a team of therapists, estheticians, nail techs, stylists, and front desk associates while ensuring seamless guest experiences. In the unique setting of a casino, the Spa Manager also collaborates closely with casino, hotel, and resort leadership to deliver an integrated luxury experience that flows effortlessly between wellness and entertainment.
