This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repairs of coffee machines, diagnosing and resolving operational issues, and conducting routine quality checks.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability, and providing excellent customer support to ensure a great coffee experience. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to service excellence are essential.

• Technical skills related to equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform diagnostics and resolve operational issues efficiently
  
  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Physical stamina to handle equipment and perform on-site tasks
• Experience in machine maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
