Responsibilities
Perform security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual Security Officer rounds. Coordinate facility response to potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors. Enforce policy & procedure, ensuring equitable enforcement. Follow guidelines and perpetual monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace for employees and a safe environment of care. Work with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to security and safety.
Participate in employee awareness and education. Drive as needed for company business.
- Experience in healthcare security or related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- State Driver’s license upon hire
- Current DMV H6 report or driving history report

The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
