Concierge Desk Security Officer – Garda World
Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the Aurora, IL site. This full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑4 pm) combines high customer service focus with onsite security duties.

Full time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7:30 am to 4 pm - Competitive hourly wage of $23.50 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- At least 1 year of concierge security experience
- IL PERC license
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- State security license if required
