Insurance Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicagoland, IL, for an Insurance Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include selling various insurance products and working to meet sales targets, identifying and analyzing clients' insurance needs, and providing personalized insurance solutions. The individual will engage with clients, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Phone Sales, and Insurance Services
• Strong experience with Customer Service and Insurance policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
• Relevant insurance licensing and certifications are preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport are a plus.
