Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position Experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
