Group Sales Representative

We are seeking a part time Group Sales Representative to join our team. The role includes responding to inbound inquiries for parties and events, as well as developing relationships with a variety of community groups, to not only serve the business, but the wider community.

• Prospect and secure events at MISH MASH Adventures to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers from community business groups, teams, scout groups, shool groups, company outings and any other group that would enjoy or benefit from an event at MISH MASH.
• Promote and execute the opportunity for fundraising programs with local charity groups.
• Reach or exceed sales KPIs.
• Convert inbound inquiries into bookings.
• Book and execute group bookings, inclusive of managing customer waivers, game play prep and more.
• Act as the main POC for large groups, providing seamless and memorable experiences.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields with transferrable skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as ZOHO.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Organized and detail oriented.
