This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
— Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Perform needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, and support policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. - Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist with licensing).

- Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
- Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly.
- Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of client sales.
